This legal notice governs access to and use of this website (hereinafter, the "Site"), an informational portal dedicated to facilitating visits to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao. Access to the Site implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in this document.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user's domicile when the user is a consumer. If any clause of this notice is declared null, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
